St Dunstan's, Cranbrook

Tempo is a community choir based in Cranbrook, Kent.

The choir was set up over 8 years ago and its primary purpose is to enable those interested in singing of all abilities to come together. If you like singing with others, then Tempo is for you.

Whatever your taste, you hum it, we'll sing it!!

From Zulu, to Carole King, to ballads & folksongs, to jazz and some Christian songs, our musical tastes are broad and varied. With a choir of over 75, there is always safety in numbers and the satisfaction of being part of something very special and fun!

Whilst our purpose is not to regularly perform in public, we do raise money for local charities and St Dunstan's Church - usually at Christmas and at the end of the June singing term.

We normally meet most Saturday mornings (term time) at the Cranbrook School Performing Arts centre from 9.30 to 11.00 a.m.

Here's some comments from our members:

"Absolutely wonderful uplifting Saturday morning"

"I really enjoy coming"

"I love everything we do thank you so much"
