Exorcisms

If you have had any personal spiritual encounters and experiences that concern you or are experiencing supernatural phenomena in your home which you do not understand and which concern you, the clergy of the church are available to meet with you and to pray with you. This will normally involve an initial meeting to explore the circumstances.

In certain rare circumstances, where evil spirits are detected, an exorcism may need to be conducted. In such circumstances, consultation will first be taken with the Archdeacon, who may have to be informed of the case and give approval before any action is taken. This is to ensure that there is no abuse of power and those who have special experience and training are able to give appropriate advice.

Please note that there is no fee normally payable for this service. You may wish to make a voluntary donation towards the mission of the church, although there is no obligation to do so. All matters will be treated with upmost confidentiality.
