Why become a website member?
Church users and those interested in Cranbrook Parish Church are encouraged to become registered members of the website. This will allow you access to more information and features. See the "Should I login?" page for more information.
Data protection information
When registering as a website member, a limited amount of data will be held on a database. This database is used for the following reasons
- To enable you to login to the site.
- To decide which areas of our web sites you have access to and to what level this access is.
- To enable you to identify yourself and enable use of discussion groups, closed mail groups and similar systems to which members are added.
- To remember your personal preferences.
- To enable reminder emails from the system if you have unread postings or mail.
- To enable reminder emails in case of lost password.
- It records the last login, last failed login and number of logins, to enable us to monitor security.
We do not sell, or give away to any other organisation the details in this database. Your passord should be kept secure and not given to others.
